Heavy-duty Main Shaft Design
The one-piece forged main shaft avoids the risk of a loose mantle and thus reduces the chance of repair and maintenance. The threads of mantle nut are located on the replaceable main shaft alloy steel bushing, which avoids concentrated stress on the main shaft and improves the strength of the main shaft. The upper part of the shaft has a large diameter and super high strength. It can handle all kinds of tough crushing conditions.

The counter-shaft assembly adopts heavy-duty spiral bevel gear, which features lower noise and higher strength. It ensures stable power transmission and efficient operation of the machine. Easy Operation and Maintenance
The closed side setting can be adjusted with hydraulic system to control the product size. The automatic lube heating, cooling and circulating system ensure stable operation of the equipment. It features parameter monitoring, recording and fault alarm. It is very user-friendly for operation. The bushing and sealing can be replaced without disassembling the cross beam, which can reduce the manpower, time and loss of output caused by shutdown.
