CFW series vibrating feeder

CFW series vibrating feeder is used for transporting materials evenly and continuously from a silo to the equipment that receives the material. It is typically used in a crushing plant for feeding crusher evenly with also pre-scalping function. It is widely in crushing and screening plants in various industries such as metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, coal mines, beneficiation, abrasive materials etc.

1. Optional grizzly configuration for pre-scalping and higher throughput, wide application in various industries

2. Simple structure, easy maintenance

3. Speed adjustment available by frequency converter, together with variable vibrating frequency to control the feeding speed.

4. Amplitude adjustment by increasing or decreasing the number of counterweights on the pulley and flywheel to adapt to needs of different conditions

5. Lithium-based grease for bearing lubrication, lower bearing temperature and lower noise level, greasing nipples located in the middle of bearings to achieve best lubrication effect.
