CSR series dehydration recovery

The recycling function is added to the existing horizontal dewatering screen. It is a multi-function fine sand recycling equipment with integration of dewatering and recycling. It can dewater the end product and recycle fine sand in wastewater, which maximizes profits and effectively improves the quality of sand.

Product featues

The all-in-one equipment has two operation areas.

1. Dewatering area: it is mainly composed of horizontal screen. The finished product sand enters the horizontal screen for secondary cleaning, grading and dewatering.

2. Recycling area: it is composed of high-pressure pump, electric motor, hydro-cyclone, return water tank and cleaning tank. The wastewater (also named slurry) enters the cleaning tank and then transmitted to the hydro-cyclone by vacuum high-pressure pump for separation of sand from mud and collection of fine sand. The fine sand enters the dewatering screen through apex to remove the water and other impurities enters the return water tank through separator overflow port.
